Audit Trail Report
Overview
The EZLease Audit Trail report, allows users to track changes made to leases within EZLease. The report can be accessed from the new Instant Reports link on the homepage, and can be downloaded to Excel. It provides a list changes made to a lease, which user made the change, and when the change was made.
Please note that currently, the report only includes changes made to lease data, not changes made to System Options or Account Numbers. Additional improvements to this report will be coming in future releases.
Running an Audit Trail report
Follow the steps below to run the Audit Trail report:

From the EZLease homepage, click the Instant Reports tab |

Choose Audit Trail from the list of report names |

Select your Lease Type, Report Duration, and Lease Selection |

Click Download Report |
