Purge Old Leases

Overview

While you can leave expired and terminated leases in a database, and they are not shown in calculated reports after termination, you may want to remove them from the database after a period of time, so that they don't count toward your lease limit.

Using the purge old leases function (File > Purge old leases), you can specify a cutoff date (leases expired/terminated before this date are purged) before removing leases. When the purge is complete, EZLease displays a list of the lease numbers purged.
