Non-lease component titles

You may display up to five types of non-lease component costs, and each may have its own title. Specify how many types to display, and the title for each, in System Options, Text tab. Non-lease components are only entered for leases entered into or changed after the implementation date of ASC 842/IFRS 16; specify whether to display components at all in System Options, New Standard tab.

The following reports display non-lease components by individual type:

Income Statement/Balance Sheet Detail (spreadsheet)

Journal Entries (text & spreadsheet)

Future Minimum Rents (spreadsheet-if the option "Display executory cost types separately in future rent report" is chosen in System Options)

Amortization Schedule - Capital Leases (spreadsheet)
