Descending asset and liability balances in amort schedule

If checked, the Amortization Schedules - Finance Lease Report shows the net asset (right-of-use asset minus accumulated depreciation) and remaining liability. If unchecked, it shows the accumulated depreciation and cumulative liability paid.
