Notice Dates tab (System Options)

Check Dates Each Time EZLease Opens a Database

If checked, EZLease will display the Notice Dates report with all current notices each time a database is opened.

Notify of Rent Changes

If checked, the Notice Dates report will include notification that the rent is scheduled to change. You can specify how far in advance, and how long after the scheduled change, the notice is displayed.

Notify of Expirations

If checked, the Notice Dates report will include notification that a lease is scheduled to expire. You can specify how far in advance, and how long after the expiration date, the notice is displayed. If a lease is early terminated, no notice is generated.

Reset All to Display/Don't Display

You can turn off (or on) the notice date Display flag for each rent step, lease end date, and entered notice in the entire database by unchecking the appropriate box on the lease record. If you want to reset all of the Display flags for all leases in a database, either checked (Display) or unchecked (Don't Display), select in the dropdown box the type of Display flag you want the reset, then click Display or Don't display. This change takes place immediately; clicking Cancel afterwards has no effect.
