User-Defined Fields

You may specify a title for the twenty user-defined fields. Your defined title will then appear on reports and screens in place of the generic “user-defined” title.

You may also choose how many fields to display both on the input form and in spreadsheet output, to minimize clutter from unneeded fields.

These options are selected in File -> System Options -> Text tab.
